THE FOLLOWING POLICIES PERTAIN TO SHIPPING AND TAXATION

SALES

The sales tax displayed at checkout is an estimate. The final tally is inclusive of state and local taxes in addition to any other applicable fees or rebates.

Gruppo Lusso, Inc. is obligated to collect sales tax in New York and Massachusetts.

Gruppo Lusso does not collect a sales tax on e-gift cards; however respective sales tax may be applicable upon the redemption of such e-gift cards.

Sales tax for services such as vacations, lodging, memberships, dining, spa services, and events are dependent and collected based on the location of the establishment or venue and are subject to local laws.

 

SHIPPING PREFERENCES

You can modify your shipping address at any time on the “My Account” page by clicking on View Addresses under the “Account Details” portion of the page. If you need to modify or change your shipping address after having placed an order, you have 3 minutes to make the modification within your account preferences.  We cannot guarantee electronic data transmission timeframes, so it is always wise to follow up with an email to ciao@glshops.com referencing “ORDER-ADDRESS CHANGE”.  Please note: ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, GRUPPO LUSSO CAN NOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND CARRIERS

GLshops and Gruppo Lusso want to offer you the purest shipping experience. Our manufacturers are specifically chosen for their adherence to utmost quality in all of their processes. It is our firm belief that our goods are luxury goods because of that very same expertise. We would like to keep the goods fresh in every way, which is why we offer shipping that is fresh from the manufacturer – minimizing the “hands on” in between.  This White Glove service is why you have come to love us.  When you open your package, the last person to see it was the high-quality manufacturer sending on its way to see you.

For this reason, we don’t charge you a shipping fee, unless otherwise specified, or if expedited service is required.

Final Delivery will be made by the USPS unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.

Oversized packages or special deliveries may be subject to additional fees and delivery charges.

Additional shipping charges and shipping upgrade fees may not be eligible for combined, reduced, or free shipping promotions.

We reserve the right to update these shipping policies from time to time and/or change shipping carriers/methods without further notice.

 

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Many of the items available on GLshops are in-stock and will be shipped within 2-5 days (business days) of purchase. We understand your excitement, so is our goal to have your items delivered as quickly as possible.  Occasionally, certain items such as special manufacture or personalized items require extra time for their respective finishing touches, so shipping times will vary in certain circumstances take between 30-45 days as they are being made especially for you!  If an item is out of stock or being personalized, GLshops will notify you of the extended processing time, and your tracking information will be provided upon shipment release.  Similarly, if your order consists of multiple items and the preceding occurs, your shipment may be broken into multiple shipments and the respective tracking numbers will be provided you as the individual shipments occur. 

We like to prevent delays so that you can begin enjoying your purchases sooner than later, but sometimes delays in shipping happen for the following reasons:

  • Innacurate Billing Information
  • Difference in Billing and Shipping Addresses
  • Payment Company Discovers an Issue

We understand that sometimes human error can occur, and urge you to check information before submitting to be sure that there are not any unnecessary delays in your order fulfillment.

 

UNDELIVERED MERCHANDISE

Any undeliverable packages will be returned to GLshops at Gruppo Lusso’s domestic warehouse.

Please contact GLshops at ciao@glshops.com and reference “UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE” along with your order number within 15 days of scheduled delivery.  Ground Shipping fees will apply to have your packaged redelivered.  After 15 days, the order will be processed as a RETURN.  Any restocking fees will apply.
