GLshops RETURN POLICY

GLshops is committed to bringing you the most luxurious items for you to enjoy. Knowing that they were not tampered with or enjoyed by someone else first is the additional luxury that we like to offer all of our clients. Because of this, we outline the following return policy for the items that are available here on GLshops.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please see the list below to find the items that are not returnable or refundable. Please see an items individual description for any exception. GLshops and Gruppo Lusso reserve the right to modify this list at any time.

RETURNING GENERAL MERCHANDISE
First determine if your item falls into one of the categories listed above for Non-Returnable Items.
GLshops offers THREE 30-Day return options for items that meet the returnable criteria below.
1. Return your item within 30 days for free in exchange for a merchandise credit using the label we provide (obtained by emailing ciao@glshops.com and referencing CREDIT and your order number).
2. Return your item within 30 days for a refund and pay the restocking fee ($9.95 per item) for using our shipping label (obtained by emailing ciao@glshops.com and referencing RETURN and your order number). The restocking fee of $9.95 per item will be deducted from your refund amount when processed.
3. Return your item within 30 days for a merchandise exchange using the label we provide (obtained by emailing ciao@glshops.com and referencing EXCHANGE and your order number along with the items that would make your item perfect: color, size, etc.).
We suggest using the shipping label that we provide as it helps us to process your return faster.

Please see the guidelines below:
Eligible items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Original packaging may include but is not limited to: dust covers, boxes, plastic wrap, and hangers. For your protection, we highly suggest insuring the goods to return/exchange.
Please notify us according to your return option above.
It is imperative that your items are in their original unused condition and include all shipping materials such as warranty cards, shipping materials, etc.
1. Pack up your items for return/exchange, the return/exchange form, and all other applicable materials and place the label that we provide you on the box. Follow the instructions that we will email you pertaining your return.
2. We will notify you by email once we receive your return or exchange. After acceptance and processing you will receive a separate confirmation email and receive your:
a. Merchandise credit within 5 business days.
b. Refund (less applicable fees) in about 7 business days.

HEAVY AND OVERSIZED ITEMS
Certain items may have additional requirements for exchange or return because of their size or weight. Additional fees usually apply in this circumstance. Email ciao@glshops.com to ascertain the appropriate shipping instructions and fees associated with such a return.

30 DAY POLICY AND LATE RETURNS
We will accept returnable/exchangeable merchandise up to 30 days after the date upon which you initially received it. Regrettably, if merchandise is delivered to our warehouse after 30 days, the shipment will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you. If a secondary delivery is attempted to our warehouse, we will be required to keep the item and be unable to offer you a refund or merchandise credit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We run a tight ship when it comes to quality and accuracy. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If your item arrived damaged, or defective in transit, please let us know immediately as we want to help you get the undamaged product that you wanted without delay. You can contact us at ciao@glshops.com and reference SHIPMENT QUALITY and your order number within 3 days.

FINAL SALE
Final sale merchandise will be labeled in the applicable product description and on the customer receipt. Unfortunately, final sale merchandise is not accepted for return.
